- PHP syntax: all 87 PHP files passed `php -l`.
- JavaScript syntax: public_html/assets/js/app.js passed `node --check`.
- Declared routes: 81.
- Route/controller method mismatches: 0.
- Controller render targets missing: 0.
- Referenced fixed local assets missing: 0.
- SVG illustrations: 8 files parsed as valid XML.
- MySQL schema: 24 CREATE TABLE statements.
- Installer SQL splitter: 31 SQL statements parsed, including all 24 CREATE TABLE statements.
- `install.sql` matches `vulaprize-app/database/schema.sql` byte-for-byte.
- Local HTTP smoke test: /setup.php returned 200; public CSS and contextual SVGs returned 200.
- First-run smoke test: / returned 503 when no private configuration exists and showed a direct link to /setup.php.

- Installer POST smoke test: detected missing pdo_mysql and stopped before attempting a database write, with a specific diagnostic.
- Package includes the one-time installer, installation docs, contextual SVG assets, public/client/admin footers, grouped settings, and repair notes.

IMPORTANT ENVIRONMENT LIMITATION
This build environment has no PDO MySQL driver and no MySQL/MariaDB server/client. Therefore the following are NOT TESTED here: real database connection/schema import, login and registration against MySQL, database-backed dashboard CRUD, transaction/concurrency rules, payment gateway sandbox callbacks, outgoing email delivery, cron execution, backup/restore, and staging cPanel deployment. A successful syntax/static check is not proof of end-to-end correctness.

KNOWN SCOPE GAPS — DO NOT REPRESENT AS FINISHED
- Current role model is admin/client; a full role-permission editor and audited God View impersonation are not implemented in this package.
- Payment-provider flows, email transport, cron jobs and database-backed workflows need staging verification with real provider/host settings.
- Legal pages are pre-launch drafts and need operator/legal review.
- Real-money processing remains disabled by default.

INSTALLER BEHAVIOUR
- Visit /setup.php after uploading `public_html/` and `vulaprize-app/` to the correct sibling locations.
- Enter DB host, port, full cPanel-prefixed DB name/user/password, first administrator details, and confirm the database is intended for this app.
- On an empty database, the installer runs the schema automatically and seeds default settings/rewards. It does not drop tables. A partial schema is rejected with an error rather than destructively repaired.
- It writes the private .env outside public_html and locks after success. Delete public_html/setup.php after successful installation.
- If the host lacks pdo_mysql, enable it in cPanel PHP extensions before retrying.
